The Antibody Promise reinforces this commitment by ensuring that customers receive support if an antibody purchased directly from SZABO-SCANDIC does not perform according to the manufacturer's documented specifications and approved application data, subject to the terms of the programme.

Antibodies play a central role in modern life science research, supporting applications ranging from basic biological investigations to translational studies and therapeutic development. Despite ongoing advances in antibody validation and characterization, selecting the most suitable product for a specific experiment remains challenging. Performance issues can lead to delays, increased costs and additional optimization efforts in the laboratory.

The Antibody Promise has been established to reduce this uncertainty. By combining access to antibody portfolios from leading manufacturers with local scientific expertise, SZABO-SCANDIC helps researchers move forward with confidence. Our team is available to provide support throughout the entire process, from product selection and experimental planning to troubleshooting and technical guidance.

The Antibody Promise covers antibody products supplied by SZABO-SCANDIC, independent of the manufacturer. We are committed to providing high-quality antibodies from reputable manufacturers. If an antibody purchased directly from SZABO-SCANDIC does not perform in accordance with the specifications outlined in the relevant product datasheet, we will work together with you to determine an appropriate solution.

The Antibody Promise applies exclusively to catalogue antibodies purchased directly from SZABO-SCANDIC.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Antibody Promise:

The product must have been stored, handled and used according to the manufacturer's recommendations and product documentation.
Claims must be submitted within twelve months of delivery or before the product expiration date, whichever occurs first.

Available Remedies

If it is determined that the antibody did not perform as described in the datasheet, SZABO-SCANDIC may, at its discretion:

Provide a replacement product at no additional cost.
Offer an alternative antibody of comparable value.
Issue a credit note.
Refund the purchase price.

The final resolution will be agreed upon in consultation with the customer.

Exclusions

Custom-made or bespoke antibodies are not covered by the Antibody Promise.
The programme applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another party.

Nothing in the Antibody Promise affects your statutory consumer or commercial rights.
